Q: Do we need to place orders in advance or can we walk in?
A: As all our products are 100% handmade, we encourage customers to place orders in advance to avoid disappointment.
Q: How do we place orders?
A: There are 2 ways to place your orders. We DO NOT accept email orders.
1) By Phone.
2) Online orders for some items are now available at shop.lecafe.com.sg. Please place orders at least 3 working days in advance.
Chinese New Year Orders
*Online orders for CNY 2018 is NOT available currently. Chinese New Year orders should be placed a few months ahead. Please call us to place your orders.
Q: Do you have local delivery service?
A: Our delivery is outsourced to a third party. The delivery company charges $35.00-$45.00 per trip, depending on the location. We will waive the delivery charge for orders exceeding $500.00. We will require full payment BEFORE the delivery date. Payment can be made through UOB bank transfers.
Q: Do you sell items individually? Or are you able to pack them individually?
A: All products are packed as indicated. We do not provide alternative packaging.
Q: Are your products Halal certified?
A: No, our products are not Halal certified. However, all our items contain No Pork. No Lard.
Q: What time are bean curd tarts available?
A: Bean curd tarts are only available after 12.30pm. We advice customers to call and place orders well in advance to avoid disappointment. Online orders is now available for this product. Please place orders 3 days in advance.
Q: Do you accept NETS or Credit Card payment?
A: No we do not have these services in our premises. We accept cash payment only at our shops. Credit card payment is accepted when you place online orders.
Q: Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
A: Due to hygiene considerations, all products sold are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept exchange of products. Please seek clarification with us should you have any questions regarding our products. We will be happy to help you with your concerns before you place an order .
